Note: Some browsers don't allow automatic adding of Javascript links to their toolbars so you may need to manually add the link.

For example, in newer versions of Internet Explorer you have to right-click and choose Add to favorites.., click on Yes when asked whether you wish to continue, and then choose the folder Links to create the link in.
