CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT:
If your booking has not been ticketed yet, it can be cancelled free of charge upon request.
In case you need a different flight, we are ready and eager (as ever) to dive right in and find just the right one for you. Otherwise, we hope to serve you in the future whenever it is time to travel again.
CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT:
In case your booking has, in fact, been ticketed already, it can still be cancelled for free within 24 hours of payment processing as long as the reservation was created at least one week before scheduled departure. (See Free Cancellation Window) Tell us if you would like to explore alternate options and we will promptly research the best choices for the criteria you have in mind.
After the 24-hour free cancellation window elapses, your purchased fare’s restrictions kick in. Most of the tickets we sell are non-refundable. In the rare instances when airlines grant exceptions, additional charges will apply. Our Customer Care Team will fully brief you on the details of your particular case.
