For any changes you would like to make to your ticketed reservation, please contact our Customer Care Team. Such requests can be confirmed by the carrier no later than 48 hours before departure.
If you would like to request changes to your itinerary (different flight dates; different departure, connecting, or destination airports) please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Please, do let us know when special travel arrangements need to be requested with the carrier, as well. We are also happy to help when you need clarity regarding your carriers’ policy and requirements for travelling with a pet or transporting sports gear, musical instruments/equipment on your trip.
